2. Products & Orders

  • All product images and descriptions are provided to the best of our ability. Slight variations in color or design may occur due to lighting or screen differences.

  • Prices are listed in PKR and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

  • We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order at our sole discretion, especially in cases of pricing errors or suspected fraudulent activity.

3. Payments

  • We accept payments via Bank Transfer, Cash on Delivery (COD), and other available methods as listed at checkout.

  • Orders paid via bank deposit must be confirmed by sending a proof of payment within 48 hours, or the order may be cancelled.

4. Shipping & Delivery

  • Standard delivery time is 3–7 working days within Pakistan.

  • Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by unforeseen delays (e.g., weather, courier issues, public holidays).

  • We are not liable for any delays caused by third-party delivery services.

5. Return & Exchange Policy

  • We accept exchanges within 7 days of delivery. Please refer to our Return & Exchange Policy for details.

  • No refunds are issued unless the item received is defective or incorrect.

  • All returned items must be unused and in original packaging.

6. Use of Website

  • You may not misuse this website or its content. Any unauthorized use, such as copying, reselling, or disrupting site functionality, is prohibited.

  • All content, logos, and product designs on Curio.pk are the property of Curio and may not be reused without permission.

7. Privacy Policy

  • Your privacy is important to us. By using our website, you also agree to our Privacy Policy, which governs how we collect, use, and protect your personal data.

8. Limitation of Liability

  • Curio.pk shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our services or products.

  • We make no warranties regarding the uninterrupted or error-free operation of the website.

  • These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Pakistan.

  • Any disputes arising under these Terms will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Karachi, Pakistan.
